Need Assistance With T-1 Streaming Issue

We are still struggling streaming point to point over a T-1 line. We have t-1 on both sides provided by Qwest. On Sunday morning during our 9:30 service we still have some video skip on the receiving end. The audio is consistent but the video freezes. We are only using 600 kbps for the H264 video we are presenting. Anyone that has info or expertise in streaming live video point to point please give me your help.
