Streaming Live Church online has not done what we thought for AliveChurch.com but still more than expected.

We have been streaming for about two and a half year at AliveChurch.com. Our goals as we began were to bring church to people online(create community) and to give people a preview of what to expect at Alive.
We quickly discovered that creating community was going to take more resources that we had but, we discovered as well that as a gateway to live attendance it was far better than we expected. Being able to check church out online and having the choice to be anonymous works very well for people who are un-churched or de-churched. On average we get 20 visitors per weekend checking out our live campuses. The majority of them when asked have already attended one of our online services. Some have qualified us to the point that they have chosen AliveChurch to be their church before ever walking in our doors.
