Why "good enough" beats ministry excellence - �Ministry Toolbox - Pastors

We have been working on this in a different way. Clearly identifying the bar and working on the "good enough" so as not to be a barrier of entry. Identifying the areas that keep people from returning and giving enough time and energy to focus more volunteers on the areas that are NOT "good enough"
